Presentation Techniques We
run workshops comprising usually 4-6 participants per trainer, using video and
feedback techniques to maximise the learnings. We have worked with multicultural
teams and include aspects of communication across cultures. (We usually propose
that this workshop is run prior to and in conjunction with the Influencing and
Negotiating workshops). How to get your message across
by catching the interest of your audience and keeping it! The
Standard workshop consists of: - The
5 preparation 'W's
- Structure
- Delivery
- Tips
and models
- Videotaped presentations and feedback
<Return

and Negotiation Provide
to employees, who spend a large amount of their time influencing and negotiating
with others, the requisite models, time for reflection and self-awareness, feedback
and practice, to be able to improve and expand on their natural influencing and
negotiating skills. We differentiate between personal development workshops and
influencing within the corporate culture. Focus
on Influence Focus on Influence
is about developing interpersonal skills, reflection and insight, assuming responsibility,
personal commitment, enhancing flexibility and achieving goals together with others.
The program is for individuals who wish to raise their mastery of interpersonal
skills to a higher level, are prepared to subject their own behaviour to critical
examination and are motivated to increase their effectiveness in working with
others. This course is run together with colleagues from The Learning Consortium,
www.learningconsortium.net or
www.learningconsortium.eu. You will learn to
adapt your influencing style to enhance relationships, to increase understanding
and goodwill in order to prepare the ground for mutually beneficial cooperation.
Influencing and Negotiating
within Corporations Increasingly we need
to get people who do not work for us to do things for us that are central to the
success of our own job. Traditional command and control systems are failing -
people need to be influenced to do things, not told. Influence is the process
by which someone gets another person to do something. Whatever influences the
one person does not influence the other. The more we develop flexibility and adapt
our style to meet the preference of the other party, the greater will be our capacity
to influence. <Return
